I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which boasts a stunning view of Coronet Peak. The location is quite convenient with easy access to the town via water taxi or shuttles. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, located on the beautiful lakefront and just a short water taxi ride away from town. I had a mixed experience during my stay. The location was beautiful, right on the lakefront, making it lovely to see the scenery. The room was quite dusty and not cleaned properly, which was disappointing. I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location by the beautiful lake can't be beaten, and the amenities, like the Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries, were a nice touch. However, I found the room to be poorly cleaned with dust all over, which was pretty disappointing. The service didn't meet the usual Hilton standard; while there was a delightful manager, the staff seemed a bit indifferent. Overall, it's a good spot for views, but the cleanliness and service need a bit of work.
